HOUSTON — A man injured when aluminum sheets fell on him while working for Vantage Trailers and Attero is claiming negligence.
Anthony Allen filed a complaint Jan. 20 in the Harris County District Court against Vantage Trailers Inc., and Attero Inc., alleging negligence.
Allen was working for the defendants at their Katy location on Jan. 31, 2018. He alleges that aluminum sheets suddenly fell on him and causing him to suffer "serious personal injuries." He claims the defendants failed to provide safety policies, practices, equipment and proper lighting at the job site to prevent his injuries.
Allen seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Loren Klitsas of Klitsas & Vercher PC in Houston.
