HOUSTON — Two Bay Area Regional Medical Center doctors and a nurse anethetist are facing a negligent claim by a woman who was left with partial paralysis after a spinal steroid injection procedure.

Christina Keeling filed a complaint Jan. 23 in the Harris County District Court against Ted Lin, M.D., Larry Cato, M.D., Interventional Pain Specialists PLLC., Laboratory Corporation of America and others alleging negligence.

Keeling underwent a cervical epidural steroid injection on Jan. 30, 2018 at Bay Area Regional Medical Center by Dr. Lin for treatment of back and neck pain. Keeling seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $2 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Steven Davis of Davis & Davis in Houston.
