HOUSTON — A lawsuit filed by plaintiff Kim Ngo on Jan. 23 in the Harris County District Court alleging violation of the Texas Labor Code, sexual harassment and constructive discharge has been dismissed.
Judge Michael Gomez signed an order dismissing the case.
