HOUSTON — A woman is suing Pei Wei Asian Diner for claims she suffered injuries after slipping on a pool of water on the floor while walking through the restaurant.
Sharon Portman filed a complaint Feb. 4 in the Harris County District Court against Pei Wei Asian Diner LLC alleging negligence.
Portman was at Pei Wei Asian Diner in Webster on July 2, 2018. She alleges that while walking through the restaurant, her feet slid on a pool of water next to the automatic ice machine causing her to fall and strike her hip on the floor.
Portman seeks monetary relief of over $1 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Attorney Sergio Sancshez in Edinburg.
