HOUSTON – A man who suffered injury to his arm after it got caught on a sharp hook on a bathroom door at Quality RV Resorts filed a lawsuit claiming negligence.
Paul Determan filed a complaint Feb. 10 in the Harris County District Court against Quality RV Resorts LLC alleging premises liability and negligence.
Determan was at Quality RV Resorts in Houston on June 7, 2019. He alleges that while walking to the bathroom, his arm became caught on a coat hook that was "abnormally sharp," which caused him to suffer injury to his arm. Determan claims he has incurred pain and suffering as well as medical expenses due to his injury and that Quality RV failed to properly maintain the door.
Determan seeks monetary relief, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Steven Nguyen of The Law Offices of Thomas J. Henry in Corpus Christi.
