HOUSTON — Two people who were thrown from a motorcycle on a Houston highway after a construction barrel came onto the roadway are claiming negligence.

Jason Reeves and Elizabeth Mitchell filed a complaint Feb. 17 in the Harris County District Court against Pulice Construction Inc., Roadway Electric LLC, Interstate Barricades & Markings Inc., and Traffix Devices Inc., alleging negligence and liability.
