HOUSTON — A woman is alleging the negligence of a Houston salon after suffering burns on her face during laser hair removal.
Dharmisha Anup filed a complaint Feb. 17 in the Harris County District Court against Blue Lion Salon Studios 1 LLC doing buisness as Blue Lion Salon Studios alleging negligence.
Anup was at Blue Salon in Houston on June 20, 2019 for a laser hair removal procedure. She alleges that during the procedure, her face was burned by the laser. Anup claims the salon failed to use the laser properly and ensure the laser was safe.
Anup seeks monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Matthew Stano and Andrew Kachnik of The Stano Law Firm in Humble.
