Texas man claims Live2Hustle closed website after he paid to sell items on the site as a contractor

HOUSTON — A Texas man claims he paid to conduct business on a Live2Hustle website which then locked him out and announced they were no longer operating the site. 

Tho Van Phan filed a compliant March 16 in the Harris County District Court against Gabrielle Nguyen doing business as Live2Hustle LLC alleging fraudulent inducement, fraud, negligence misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duty. 

Phan alleges he paid Live2Hustle after it claimed it would make their website, logins and control available to him in order to conduct business as a contractor. Phan claims he was locked out of Live2Hustle's website and unable to sell merchandise and that on Dec. 15, 2019, Live2Hustle represented it would no longer be operating the website.

Phan seeks monetary relief of $1 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Attorney Vy Nguyen in Houston.
