RICHMOND — A woman who slipped at her son's childcare facility and suffered injuries is claiming liability.

Claudette Redd filed a complaint March 25 in the Fort Bend County District Court against Kidzville Learning Academy LLC alleging premises liability.

Redd was at Kidzville on Nov. 6, 2018. She alleges that while walking to her son's classroom, she slipped and fell on what appeared to be water on the floor. She claims she suffered disabling injuries and that Kidzville failed to inspect their property and correct the dangerous condition.
