GALVESTON — A Houston-based material supplier is suing GreenEco Builders to foreclose on several property liens and claiming they are owed more than $4,500 for materials.

NRS Construction Inc., filed a complaint March 26 in the Galveston County District Court against. GreenEco Builders LLC and Kevin Martinez, Jr., alleging negligent misrepresentation, fraud, breach of contract and other claims.

NRS alleges in its complaint that it supplied more than $4,500 in materials to GreenEco for contracting projects at eight of GreenEco's properties in Texas City. NRS claims GreenEco has failed to pay for the materials and seeks to foreclose on its mechanic's and materialman's lien on the properties.

NRS also seeks monetary relief of $100,000, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Karalynn Cromeens and Kasey Niederhofer of The Cromeens Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
