Ambulance service claims CWP Apollo Healthcare breached contract

GALVESTON — An Ambulance service company is claiming Resort at Texas City breached their contract and owes them more than $15,000. 

A*Med Ambulance Inc., filed a complaint March 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas Galveston Division against CWP Apollo Healthcare at Texas City LLC doing business as Resort at Texas City alleging breach of contract.

A*Med and Resort at Texas City entered into a contract for ambulance transfer services on March 5, 2019. A*Med alleges it provided services to the defendant from March 2019 through July 2019 which Resort at Texas City has failed to pay them for and now totals $15,344.43. 

A*Med seeks monetary relief of $100,000 or less, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Christopher Johnson, Justin Kornegay and Caroline Bossier of Johnson & Associates Attorneys at Law PLLC in League City.
