GALVESTON — NWC SH 96/FM is claiming they are owed nearly $20,000 in rent payments from Malibu Tan in League City.
NWC SH 96/FM 270, LTD, filed a complaint March 17 in the Galveston County District Court against Shane Dement doing business as Malibu Tan alleging breach of lease.
NWC alleges in its complaint that Dement entered into an agreement on May 2, 2018 to lease their space in League City. They allege Dement has failed to pay and continues to refuse to pay the monthly rent for the space per the lease agreement. NWC claims they now owed $19,789.61 by Dement and that he is in default of their lease agreement.
NWC seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Brian Womac of Womac Law in Houston.
