Biden crony at center of alleged ballot harvesting scheme in Harris County

HOUSTON – There’s simply no proof that allowing people to vote by mail in Harris County will result in fraud – that’s what states like California are currently telling the Texas Supreme Court.

But according to two private investigators, massive fraudulent ballot harvesting is already transpiring in Harris County  -- a scheme being coordinated in part by Joe Biden’s Texas political director, Dallas Jones.

It’s no secret the state of Texas has been openly waging a legal battle against Harris County for the past several weeks, seeking to stop County Clerk Chris Hollins from sending millions of unsolicited mail-in ballot applications to registered voters.

The case is currently before the Texas Supreme Court and has drawn the attention of more liberal states such as California, New York and Illinois.

The county’s allies argue local election officials need “flexibility” to ensure residents can vote safely during the ongoing pandemic and that there “is no evidence that providing applications to vote by mail will result in widespread fraud.”

But what if the deceased are filling out mail-in ballots – ballots that will be hand-delivered by Democratic operatives seeking to rig the election?

Two affidavits recently filed in a separate case before the Texas Supreme Court (In Re Steven Hotze et al) suggest such fraud is already taking place in Harris County.

On July 22, Hollins asked Gov. Greg Abbott to extend early voting for the November election. Five days later, Abbott unilaterally amended the Texas Election Code to extend early voting and to allow a voter to deliver a marked mail ballot in person prior to Election Day.

Abbott’s decision sparked a class action seeking to ensure ballots are delivered only when the polls are open.

The affidavits, signed by retired HPD Captain Mark Aguirre and former FBI agent Charles Marler on Sept. 27, assert four individuals are orchestrating voter fraud on a massive scale.

Those individuals, according to Aguirre and Marler, are Jones, who was brought in to oversee the Biden campaign’s Harris County initiative, State Sen. Borris Miles, Gerald Womack and Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.

In his affidavit, Aguirre states the men are using AB Canvassing as a front for their operation, an operation that is being run by the “elite politicians” of the Democratic Party in Harris County.

"I have m my possession video-taped interviews of witnesses attesting to the aforementioned people having groups of people completing thousands of absentee and mail-in ballots, including completing ballots for deceased individuals; illegally going into nursing homes, with the complicity of the nursing home staff, and filling out and forging the signatures of nursing home residents; signing up homeless individuals to vote using the ballot harvester's address then completing the ballot and forging the homeless individual's signature,” states Aguirre’s affidavit.

Marler thinks the mail-in ballot scheme is why Hollins’ predecessor abruptly left earlier this year.

“I have been made aware of a law enforcement investigation in the Spring of 2020 regarding illegal ballot harvesting,” Marler states in his affidavit. “Several interviews of individuals were conducted. After the interviews became public, former Harris County Clerk Diane Troutman, resigned alleging health concerns due to COVID-19. However, witnesses have told me that Ms. Troutman was arguing with Commission Rodney Ellis about the legality of the mass purchasing and mailing of mail-in ballots and that Troutman was concerned she would be included in the eventual arrest pertaining to illegal ballot harvesting.

“Instead of coming forward and exposing the scheme, Ms. Troutman abruptly resigned. Witnesses have stated that Commissioner Ellis was not deterred and continued to move forward with the plan to mass mail ballots and expand the illegal ballot harvesting scam. Another witness stated to me that an employee of Commission Ellis, Tyler James, has bragged that he could guarantee that the illegal ballot harvesting operation, with the help of mass mail-in ballots, could harvest 700,000 illegal ballots.”

Marler says law enforcement agencies are currently investigating “these alleged crimes” but sadly prosecution won’t take place until well after the election.
