Senior Counsel Toni Nguyen and Partners Mark Francis and Tricia DeLeon will be hosting sessions at the 18th Annual Advanced Business Law Course hosted by TexasBarCLE. Ms. Nguyen and Mr. Francis will co-host a session titled "Data, Tech, and Cloud Contracting: Navigating the Landmines." Ms. DeLeon will host a program titled "Bankruptcy." Ms. Nguyen will also moderate a session titled "Key Elements to Building an Effective Diversity & Inclusion Program."
