Joseph Coniglio, Managing Shareholder in the Dallas office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has been named to D CEO’s “Dallas 500” list.

Coniglio, who has more than 23 years of experience in health care law, has been practicing in the Dallas legal market throughout his entire legal career. Coniglio has been at Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office for more than 12 years. As Managing Shareholder over the last five years, Coniglio has had operational responsibility for the Dallas office comprised of 60 lawyers and more than 100 employees. Under his leadership, the firm’s Dallas office has strategically grown to serve the Dallas business community and beyond, with revenue growth each year as well as the Dallas lawyer headcount increasing by more than 33% in the past five years.

Coniglio has wide-ranging experience in the areas of health care law and complex business litigation. He utilizes his 20-plus years of experience in the health care industry to assist a wide variety of health care related entities and providers including hospitals, physician groups, long term care facilities, as well as clinical labs and pharmacies in litigation and transactional matters. He also provides service on a national basis to privately held portfolio companies as well as publicly traded companies related to corporate entity issues, operational disputes, and health care regulatory matters. Coniglio advises health care clients on liability exposure related to federal and state health care regulatory compliance involving complex fraud issues and health care reimbursement disputes, as well as professional liability and risk management. He also represents health care providers before their respective state boards in grievance and disciplinary proceedings.
