$1M suit filed over dog attack

HOUSTON - A man is alleging in a recently filed lawsuit that two unleashed dogs approached and attacked him while he was working. 

Seeking up to $1 million in damages, Michael Aytch filed suit against Christie and Wes Bowden on April 14 in Harris County District Court. 

According to the lawsuit, on Nov. 15, 2020 the plaintiff was working on Dumfries Drive in Houston when two dogs approached and attacked him. 

“Plaintiff fell and was injured as a result of the dog attack,” the suit states. “The dogs were unleashed and unsupervised. Defendants were identified as the owners of the two dogs.”

The suit alleges the defendants were negligent and seeks recovery for past and future pain, mental anguish, disfigurement, impairment, medical expenses and lost wages. 

The Houston law firm Criaco & Associates represents the plaintiff.
