Vacation rental, property management alleges breach of contract

GALVESTON — A vacation rental and property management company in Galveston is alleging breach of contract.

My Galveston Gateway Inc. filed a complaint  Sept. 20 in Galveston County District Court against George Brown, Phyllis Brown and the George E. Brown Living Trust alleging breach of contract. 

The plaintiff alleges in its complaint that it entered into a Texas Association of Realtors Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement with the defendants for an "exclusive right to sell." They claim that the defendants breached the contract and that they suffered damages caused by those authorized to access the property, freezing water pipes, a dangerous condition on the property and other negligence.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief, interest, trial by jury and all other just relief. The plaintiff is represented by Cris Rasco of The Rasco Law Firm in Houston.
