BoyarMiller has been named for a third time to Houston Business Journal’s list of Best Places to Work in Houston for 2022.
The Houston Business Journal conducts the annual program and recognized BoyarMiller for its commitment to supporting employees during the 2022 Best Places to Work Awards at the Marriott Marquis Houston. The award recognizes companies in the Houston area that demonstrate a positive company culture and employee appreciation, ranked by the results of employee surveys conducted by an independent third party.

The employee surveys were conducted by Quantum Workplace, a human resources technology provider. All employees were given the opportunity to take a confidential survey online, and Quantum issued each company a score based on high participation and employees’ answers.
Employees evaluated their companies based on corporate culture, amenities, benefits, and worker retention and attraction strategies.
