GALVESTON — A Texas City heavy equipment company alleges they are owed more than $15,000 for equipment and services they provided.

Hunter Crane & Equipment Inc. filed a complaint Jan. 17 in Galveston County District Court against Marsh Buggies Inc., alleging breach of implied oral contract and other claims.

According to the plaintiff's complaint, Marsh Buggies purchased merchandise, goods and services from them including a 30-Ton Crane for a total of $15,604.56. They claim Marsh Buggies has failed to pay the $15,604.56 plus interest. The plaintiffs allege Marsh Buggies agreed to pay the "reasonable value of said goods, wares, merchandise, materials and services."

They further allege all of the materials and merchandise was delivered to Marsh Buggies and that they have refused to pay the sum. The plaintiffs also allege Marsh Buggies benefited from their services without paying the invoices they have been issued.

Hunter Crane & Equipment seeks monetary relief, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Brian Bro of The Law Offices of Brian E. Bro in Sugar Land.
