GALVESTON — A man claims a solar panel contractor failed to install all the panels on his property in breach of their contract.

Pedro Bazan filed a complaint on Feb. 6 in Galveston County District Court against Titan Solar Power Texas alleging breach of contract and breach of express warranty.

According to Bazan's complaint, he entered into a contract with Titan for the installation of solar panels, a generator, attic fan and for a home inspection in November of 2021. He claims the contract specifically stated he would receive 26 solar panels, a generator, a fan installed in the attic, the installation of windows and a home inspection which would be free from defects.

Bazan alleges Titan has failed to install all 26 panels and complete the installation of the other jobs which constitutes breach of contract. He also alleges as a result of Titan's breach of contract, he has suffered economic damages.

Bazan seeks monetary relief, interest, trial by jury and all other just relief. He is represented by Jim Adams and Tanner Luna of The Law Office of Jim Alan Adams in Richmond.
