GALVESTON — A worker is claiming negligence after he suffered injuries from a power line that was not de-energized at a job site in Galveston.

Julio Cesar Martinez filed a complaint Feb. 13 in Galveston County District Court against Facility Solutions Group Inc., alleging negligence.
