HOUSTON — A real estate agent is facing a claim she violated a confidentiality agreement and recruited agents from her former broker.

NB Elite Realty LLC filed a complaint Feb. 21 in Harris County District Court against Jamie Fallon alleging breach of non-solicit clause.

According to NB's complaint, Fallon, a real estate agent, worked for NB and was a top performer and team leader. They claim she was a "trusted advisor" to the founder and head of NB and received confidential information about the company's agents and clients. NB alleges that Fallon signed a non-solicitation agreement and that she left NB and started an agency under EXP Realty.

They further allege Fallon recruited and continues to recruit NB employees or agents to work for her new agency in violation of the agreement. NB claims Fallon's actions have caused "irreparable injury" to the real estate company and that Fallon has refused to provide any assurances she would stop violating the non-recruit clause despite their requests.

NB seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Zach Wolfe of The Zach Wolfe Law Firm in Houston.
