GALVESTON — A contractor alleges he provided a deck flooring for a pier and dock company and was not paid for the project.
Robert Saldierna doing business as RS Construction filed a complaint Feb. 27 in Galveston County District Court against Coastal Pier and Dock LLC.
According to Saldierna's complaint, he entered into a contract with Coastal Pier and Dock to construct a deck flooring. He claims he provided the agreed upon labor, materials and services according to the agreement, however the defendant refuses to pay him for the services. Saldierna claims he is owed $12,531.50 for the project and that Coastal Pier and Dock has breached their agreement.
Saldierna seeks monetary relief, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Candice Smith and Scott Citek of Lamm & Smith PC in Houston.
