Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Traci M. Clements to the firm’s Dallas office as a partner in the Employee Benefits & Compensation and Labor & Employment departments.

Clements advises clients on a full range of labor and employment matters, including employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA compliance, working proactively to find effective, efficient solutions for everyday operational challenges and complex, long-term workplace issues.
Clements assists clients with workplace training such as anti-discrimination and harassment programs, multijurisdictional executive employment agreements, Department of Labor Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program applications and reference-based pricing (RBF) self-insured benefit plans, among others.
Clements’ experience solving a broad range of workplace issues complements the approach of the firm’s national Labor & Employment Department, which focuses on providing practical solutions to clients’ legal challenges, and its Employee Benefits & Compensation team, which is dedicated to helping design and implement comprehensive employee retirement, benefit and compensation programs.
She earned her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and her B.A. from Texas Tech University.
