HOUSTON - A woman is alleging that while working for La Michoacana a stove exploded and injured her.
Alleging negligence and premises liability, Zoila Calderon Rodriguez filed suit against La Michoacana LTD on Feb. 19 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on June 17, 2022, the plaintiff was working for the defendant. She turned on a gas stove, which exploded, causing her serious injury.
