HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit was recently filed against Fiesta Mart.
Alleging premises liability and negligence, Joe Robinson filed the suit March 1 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on March 12, 2022, the plaintiff was at the defendant's store walking near the produce area when he slipped and fell, suffering injury.
The plaintiff is suing for his medical bills, mental anguish and lost earnings.
