HOUSTON - A man is suing The Grand Hampton at Clear Lake, alleging he was injured when a stairway collapsed.
Seeking between $250,000 and $1 million in damages, Alejandro Rodriguez filed his suit March 8 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, Rodriguez was seriously injured when a stairway collapsed because it was not properly affixed to the structure, causing him to plummet down and strike the ground below.
He is alleging the defendant failed to correct the dangerous condition.
