HOUSTON – Dykema, a leading national law firm, today announced the addition of Brad Howell as a Member in its Product Liability Practice Group resident in the firm’s Houston office, a press release states
Howell joins Dykema after practicing at MehaffyWeber for nearly six years.
In his practice, Howell focuses on products liability, statutory indemnity, toxic tort, and commercial litigation law. He has years of experience trying high-stakes cases and has earned many victories in the courtroom on behalf of clients. Some of Howell’s cases have involved catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and fire investigations.
Over the past two decades, Howell has served as trial counsel for one of the world’s largest heavy equipment manufacturers handling hundreds of legal matters.
He has handled litigation in state and federal courts throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Florida, West Virginia, and New Jersey.

Howell earned a J.D. from the South Texas College of Law and a B.S. from Texas A&M University.
