HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been brought against The Morgan Group.
Alleging negligence, Lurinza Griffin filed the suit March 18 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Jan. 23 the plaintiff was walking through the defendant’s premises in the mail room and slipped and fell on water that was not viewable from the entryway.
An employee said they knew of the spill and should have put out a warning sign, the suit states.
The Plaintiff is represented by the Daspit Law Firm.
