In the County Civil Court at Law No. 3 in Harris County, Texas, Husqvarna Construction Products, North America, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Highway Pavement Specialties, Inc., also known as and doing business as Highway Pavement Specialties, Highway Pavement, and Hwy Pavement Specialties, Inc. The plaintiff is seeking monetary relief including damages of any kind, penalties, costs, expenses, pre-judgment interest and attorneys’ fees under Level 1 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. They argue that the defendant's failure to pay constitutes a breach of contract.
