In a lawsuit filed in the Harris County - County Civil Court at Law No. 3, plaintiffs Yajaira Soto and Cindy Cruz are suing defendant Robert Vale for an alleged auto collision that resulted in serious injuries and damages. The case, with the ID 1223776, was filed on March 11, 2024.

The incident occurred on January 15, 2024, when the plaintiffs were involved in a motor vehicle collision caused by Vale's negligence. The defendant reportedly rear-ended the plaintiffs' vehicle in the 3500 block of N. Wayside Dr., Houston, causing significant injuries and damages to Soto and Cruz.

Plaintiffs assert that Vale's actions constituted negligence as he failed to exercise reasonable care while operating his vehicle. They claim this negligence directly led to the collision and their subsequent injuries and damages.

Soto and Cruz are seeking recovery for past and future medical bills related to their injuries, physical impairment, mental anguish, loss of earnings or earning capacity, as well as damages for the decrease in market value of their vehicle or cost of repairs. Additionally, they seek recovery for the loss of use of their vehicle. The lawsuit is represented by Timothy M. Purcell from Law Office of Timothy M. Purcell.
