Shlomo Tavor sues George Sullivan Craft for property damage and negligence

In the Harris County Civil Court at Law, plaintiff Shlomo Tavor has filed a lawsuit against defendant George Sullivan Craft. The case, bearing the ID 1225837, was lodged on April 5, 2024. The dispute revolves around substantial property damage to Tavor's 2024 Mercedes allegedly caused by Craft.

Tavor is seeking monetary relief of $250,000 or less for damages incurred due to Craft's alleged negligence. The incident led to significant repair costs and loss of value for Tavor's vehicle. Craft's insurer, USAA Casualty Insurance Company, acknowledged liability and paid $47,775.16 for repair costs but did not compensate for the diminution of value and loss of use appraised at $26,274.45.
