Bao Le sues Naseer Khan for automobile collision due to alleged negligence

In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, plaintiffs Bao Le and Hayley McPeck have filed a lawsuit against defendant Naseer Khan. The case, bearing the ID 2024-21343, was filed on April 4, 2024. The suit alleges that Khan's negligence led to an automobile collision causing severe injuries to the plaintiffs.

Bao Le, a resident of Houston, Texas and Hayley McPeck from Aiken, South Carolina were involved in an accident on April 21, 2022. According to the court filing, they were traveling on Clodine Rd and West Bellfort in Harris County when Khan allegedly failed to control his speed or yield right of way leading to a collision with their vehicle.

The impact resulted in significant damage to the plaintiff's vehicle and caused them permanent and disabling injuries necessitating extensive medical treatment. The amount in controversy is stated as more than $250,000 but does not exceed $1,000,000.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages for incurred medical expenses due to the injuries sustained from the accident. They claim that these injuries have resulted in physical pain, suffering and mental anguish which will likely continue for an undetermined length of time.
