Marcos Turcios Mejia has filed a lawsuit against Berck Interests, LLC, also known as JB Mobile Home Park, and Jerry Berck in the District Court of Harris County, Texas. The court case ID is 2024-21243 and it was filed on April 4, 2024. The incident in question occurred on June 8, 2022, when Mejia was run over by a golf cart owned by Berck Interests and operated by Jerry Berck.
