Jaime Meraz has filed a lawsuit against Noe Munoz in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, under the court case ID 2024-21816. The case was filed on April 5, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that the defendant breached a commercial contract and committed fraud.

Meraz entered into a contract with Munoz on February 28, 2024, to purchase a property for $1,600,000. However, Munoz allegedly refused to allow Meraz to conduct due diligence and stated he was no longer willing to sell the property for the agreed price. Instead, Munoz demanded $2,200,000 for the property.

Meraz deposited earnest money with WFG Title Company and is ready to close the deal. He seeks specific performance of the contract as well as monetary relief of over $1 million.
