Katrina Marie Mills has filed a lawsuit against Aaron Tyler Harrington and Cynthia Lee Harrington in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, under the case ID 2024-23525. The filing was made on April 12, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that she suffered injuries due to the negligence of the defendants.

On August 1, 2023, Mills was stopped at a stop sign when Aaron Harrington, driving a vehicle owned by Cynthia Harrington, failed to control his speed and collided with her vehicle. This resulted in physical harm to Mills who asserts that Aaron's negligence directly caused her injuries.

Mills also accuses Cynthia Harrington of negligent entrustment for allowing Aaron to operate her vehicle despite his alleged incompetence and recklessness. The damages sought by Mills are over $250,000 but not more than $1,000,000.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment against both defendants for their alleged negligence and violation of local ordinances and state traffic laws. She contends that these violations were a proximate cause of the collision and her subsequent injuries.
