Kimberly Taylor sues Bruce Magana for damages from an automobile accident

In a lawsuit filed in the County Civil Court at Law No. 2 of Harris County, Texas, under case ID 1226515 on April 19, 2024, Kimberly Taylor is suing Bruce Magana and Jose Villanueva Juarez for damages exceeding $5,000. The plaintiff alleges that she suffered personal injuries as a result of an automobile accident caused by the defendants' negligence on July 7, 2022.

The plaintiff's lawyer claims that Bruce Magana failed to maintain proper lookout, yield right-of-way, keep an assured clear distance among other acts of negligence while operating a vehicle owned by Jose Villanueva Juarez. Furthermore, it is alleged that Juarez negligently entrusted his vehicle to Magana despite knowing or should have known about his incompetence in driving.

As a result of the defendants' alleged negligence, Taylor claims to have suffered physical pain and impairment both in the past and future. She has also incurred medical expenses both in the past and future due to the accident.

Taylor seeks judgment against the defendants for their negligence and negligent entrustment causing her injuries. She leaves it up to the jury to determine the fair amount of compensation for her damages.
