The webinar, which is hosted by the Construction Law Committee of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, is an hour-long discussion that considers an attorney’s ethical obligations over the lifetime of a construction project. From contracting, to negotiations, mediation and resolution, Pritchett will give his take on what to consider legally and ethically in the construction setting.
