AUSTIN – Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the filing today of three lawsuits against three school districts defying Gov. Abbott’s Executive Order GA-38 regarding mask mandates: Richardson, Round Rock, Galveston, Elgin, Spring and Sherman Independent School Districts.
AUSTIN – Last Thursday, Attorney General Paxton sued the San Antonio Independent School District and its superintendent for mandating all district employees receive a COVID-19 shot.
HOUSTON – Today, the Harris County Attorney’s Office filed a lawsuit against Gov. Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton regarding GA-38, an Executive Order that attempts to stop local governments and officials from mandating masks, vaccines, and other measures to stop the spread of COVID-19.
