The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activities in the suit brought by City of Houston against Cathay Bank, City of Houston Harris County, Texas, Ann Harris Bennett, Hisd, Cloto LLC, Fondren Village Plaza LLC, Garrison Fondren, HLPW Fondren LLC, SJY Fortunep LLC, SSS Fondren Market Place LLC and SSS Village at Southwest LLC on Nov. 29.
