Bradley The widow of Ricky Perrio has filed a lawsuit against three companies she claims exposed her late husband to the toxic chemical benzene.

Bradley Family members of the late Kenneth Brumley have filed suit against their benefactor's long-time employer, DuPont De Nemours, alleging the chemical company exposed him to benzene during his 33-year career.

The wife and family of the late Daryl Stukey, who had worked at area refineries since 1946, have filed an asbestos suit against 21 companies, alleging the defendants inflicted Stukey with lung cancer.

The son of a deceased brick mason has filed suit against 45 companies, alleging the corporate defendants negligently exposed his father to asbestos and caused his death.

From 1946 to 1980, Reginald Franklin worked at the DuPont facility in Orange. In April, he died from lung cancer.
