Abdominal mesh manufacturer sued by Gregg County man

MARSHALL - Claiming his implanted abdominal mesh has eroded, Gregg County resident Charles B. Green has filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer C.R. Bard Inc. on Nov. 29 in the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division.
