Casey Thompson of Buchanan, Georgia filed against TD Enerserv of Beaumont in Jefferson County District Court May 28, claiming liability in an April 2014 workplace incident. According to the suit, Thompson suffered injuries on or about April 26, 2014, while involved in skimmer plant operations at a job site.
