Arbie and Helen Adams of 470 East Delaware St. in Beaumont claim Texas Farmers Insurance Company denied their claim for roof, water, wind, foundation and structural damages after Hurricane Ike struck on Sept. 13. Farmers denied the claim after it assigned two adjusters – Ben Johnson and Lance L. Fleming – to adjust it, according to the complaint. The Adams are represented by J.
