A Louisiana resident is suing a truck driver and the owners of the truck after it dumped its load on her vehicle.
Tammy Baimbridge filed suit against Mathew Bunt and S&M Transport on May 14 in Orange County District Court.
According to the suit, on May 20, 2008, Baimbridge was traveling on Interstate 10 in Orange County when Bunt's truck, which was in front of her, dropped part of its load, striking the passenger side of her vehicle.
The suit does not say what the truck was hauling.
She is suing for past and future mental anguish, medical expenses and lost wages, plus all court costs.
The plaintiff is represented by the Law Office of James Doyle.
The case has been assigned to Judge Buddy Hahn, 260th Judicial District.
