Lawsuit filed over rear-end collision on Eastex

College Station resident Linda Cooper has filed suit against Kansas resident Jesse Wadel, who allegedly rear-ended her in Beaumont.

The suit was filed June 16 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 9, 2009, Wadel rear-ended Cooper's vehicle as she slowed for traffic in the 2700 block of the Eastex Freeway in Beaumont.
