Uniform company sues over unpaid rentals

A Beaumont company has filed suit against a Kountze servicer, alleging it failed to pay for uniforms it rented.

Munro's Uniform Services claims it and defendant Sieben Equipment Services entered into a contract in which Sieben agreed to rent uniforms from Munro's.

However, Sieben failed to live up to its portion of the contract by failing to pay for the goods Munro's provided, according to the complaint filed Aug. 30 in Jefferson County District Court.

In its complaint, Munro's is seeking an unspecified judgment, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, costs, attorney's fee and other relief the court deems just.

Munro's will be represented by Ernest W. Boyd and Christopher Grimm of Mehaffy Weber in Houston.

Judge Donald Floyd, 172nd District Court, has been assigned to the case.
