A Jefferson County man claims he sustained injuries after a driver struck his vehicle.
Dwayne Tyler filed a lawsuit Oct. 19 in Jefferson County District Court against Jessica Marie Hyde.
In his complaint, Tyler alleges the collision occurred on Oct. 4 at the intersection of 13th Street and Florida Avenue in Port Arthur. Tyler, however, does not specify how the accident happened.
In addition to his injuries, Tyler incurred medical costs and experienced physical pain, mental anguish and physical impairment, according to the complaint.
Tyler seeks a judgment within the jurisdictional limits of Jefferson County District Court, plus pre- and post-judgment interest, costs and other relief the court deems just.
