After two months of litigation, Air Comfort was recently awarded a default judgment against Christina Delgadillo.
Air Comfort filed suit against Delgadillo and Jack Aulbaugh on Oct. 21 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, the defendants owed $11,125 on a delinquent account for goods and services rendered.
Court records show that Aulbaugh was non-suited by the plaintiff on Nov. 4
On Dec. 19, Delgadillo failed to answer the suit and appear before the court, entitling Air Comfort to a default judgment of $11,125.
The company was also granted an additional $3,000 for attorney's fees, court papers say.
Beaumont attorney Daniel Clayton represented Air Comfort.
Judge Milton Shuffield, 136th District Court, presided over the litigation.
