Swati Enterprises has filed suit against Mansehra Inc., alleging the company owes more than $27,000 on a delinquent account.
The suit was filed Jan. 17 in Jefferson County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, from July 14, 2010, to Jan. 27 Swati provided petroleum fuel products to Mansehra. The amount owing on the account is $27,918,89.
Despite numerous demands, the defendant refuses to pay the amount owed.
The plaintiff is suing for actual damages and all courts costs.
Port Arthur attorney Carl Parker represents it.
Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, is assigned to the case.
